Toni is a graduate biotechnologist, trained in systemic management, certified Cradle to Cradle Catalyst, enthusiastic dog dad and occasional dance teacher. He has been part of plant values since it was founded in 2015.

Toni works primarily on projects to develop sustainability strategies. Among other things, a well-founded materiality analysis, the company-specific structuring of the strategy, target negotiations and the preparation of practical implementation play a role here. He also supports the implementation of the measures as a moderator, sparring partner or source of inspiration.
He also assists companies with sustainability reporting, both in terms of process management and as a sparring partner and friction surface for ambitious targets.
