Frequently Asked Questions

What are the advantages of the VSME report?

A VSME report structures ESG data and helps consolidate the requirements of customers, banks, and business partners. It offers a pragmatic entry into sustainability reporting, strengthens trust and competitiveness, and creates strategic added value through early risk detection. Furthermore, the VS(ME) becomes a „value-chain cap,“ representing the maximum amount of information that companies required to report under CSRD may obtain from companies not required to report.

What is different after the VSME sprint compared to before?

Before the sprint, many companies face an unclear mountain of requirements, data points, and open questions. After the sprint, you have a sorted starting point: you know the relevant VSME data points, understand how to proceed in the DNK tool, have responsibilities and data requirements in mind, and possess a small project plan for the next steps.

Is the full sustainability report created in the sprint?

No. The sprint doesn't replace complete reporting. It ensures that you can then continue working on the report independently and in a structured manner. The goal is not the finished report, but a clear starting point.

Who should attend from our company?

It's useful to have people involved who will collaborate on the report later or provide relevant data. This typically includes management, sustainability officers, controlling/finance, human resources, purchasing, environmental/energy management, or quality management. Up to five people from your company can participate.

Do we need to have collected sustainability data before the sprint?

No, that's not strictly necessary. The sprint specifically helps to understand which data is needed and where it might be located within the company. However, existing data, key figures, or previous sustainability activities can be very helpful in becoming concrete more quickly.

What are the benefits of the DNK tool?

The DNK Tool is free to use and supports companies in the digital creation of sustainability reports according to VSME or ESRS. Particularly relevant for the sprint: It offers a clear structure for processing, enables further documentation, and is intended to guide you through the reporting process.

Is the sprint taking place online or in person?

The sprint takes place online by default. An in-person event is possible upon request.

How many people can participate?

The sprint is designed for up to five people from your company. This is large enough to involve different professional areas, but small enough to remain concrete and functional.

Can we get further support after the sprint?

Yes. The sprint can serve as a starting point for further support, for example, in data collection and report preparation through sparring, or for CO₂ accounting, climate strategy, or sustainability strategy. Our VSME sprint is deliberately kept lean and is intended to give you initial guidance and confidence in taking action.

Request a non-binding offer

Do you want to find out how sustainability can truly make a difference?

Simply send us your data without complication, and choose whether you want a quote and a joint meeting directly, or if you'd prefer just a discussion to find out more first.

If you have any special requests or circumstances, we'll gladly tailor our offer to you too. Otherwise, our price stands.

We are also pleased to see you!

Would you like a quote straight away, or would you prefer to find out more about the format first?

Is your company a materials-intensive business?
Your company is material-intensive if you regularly use larger quantities of raw materials, semi-finished products or packaging materials. This often affects companies in manufacturing, construction, the packaging industry or similar sectors.
In these cases, we create a tailored offer. This is because in companies that use a lot of materials, more data points are usually relevant, and the analysis is correspondingly more extensive.
