Franziska has been Co-Managing Director von plant values and accompanied Companies, Destinations and Public institutions in transformative processes. She has already more than 50 projects at the intersection of THG Balance, Climate and Sustainability Strategies driven forward. Especially in projects with complex data situations, many stakeholders and differing expectations, it brings structure to the process, sharpens priorities and makes visible what is important. What sets her apart: she brings together people, perspectives, and data – and translates them into clear direction, sound decisions, and concrete next steps.

Franziska rarely looks at topics from just one perspective. Many years Periods abroad and international work experience have sharpened their view on how differently people, organisations and systems look at the same challenge. That is precisely where quality lies for them: when different perspectives productively used to be, to express, to get to a common denominator and into common doing to come.
