Our different perspectives come together in projects and internal tasks and the best results come from the most complex discussions. In the meantime, we have been able to prove in various projects that this seems to work.

Emma studied business administration at a large German textile company. With the desire to delve deeper into the world of sustainability, she decided to do a part-time degree in sustainability and quality management. Several years of professional experience combined with this theoretical know-how have brought a breath of fresh air and knowledge to plant values since 2024. In her free time, she can be found cycling around Berlin.
Bruni has many years of experience in guiding teams towards a relaxed atmosphere, is skilled in loosening up large group workshops and has proven to be an experienced icebreaker in numerous initial management meetings.
Silke has many years of experience in the IT security industry. With a Master's degree in Strategic Sustainability Management and her employment as a sustainability manager in the field of sustainable procurement and project manager in a sustainability network, she started her professional reorientation towards ESG in 2022. She has been a trainee and part of our team since 2024.
Matthias is a certified climate protection and energy manager and has provided practical advice to numerous companies in recent years. He has a doctorate in climate protection strategies in an international context, was a lecturer in CSR and sustainability management for many years and therefore brings together a wide range of experience in sustainable development from business and science. He is an enthusiastic travel photographer and has been with plant values since 2022.
Steve studied sustainability management and business ethics and is actively involved in socio-cultural alliances. He is passionate about advising social organisations and the areas of HR management and corporate culture. He enjoys hiking, is a self-confessed Oberlausitzer and has been part of plant values since it was founded.
Franziska studied International Business, gained 4 years of controlling experience at a DAX30 company in Japan and the USA and worked as a CSR officer for a tour operator. She enjoys travelling in intercultural settings and loves living and working abroad for longer periods of time and sees herself as a passionate citizen of the world.
Micha studied economics, has many years of experience as a lecturer, has worked for various companies in the financial sector and joined plant values in 2017. He is politically committed to sustainable business and is a passionate hiker and angler.
Toni is a graduate biotechnologist, trained in systemic management, certified Cradle to Cradle Catalyst, enthusiastic dog dad and occasional dance teacher. He has been part of plant values since it was founded in 2015.
