Climate management refers to a system for a climate strategy that is controlled with the help of clear key performance indicators for the impact on climate change and includes a continuous review of target achievement. In practice, it is evident that no standardised strategies are used due to the high degree of individuality of companies.
The development of climate management is generally based on two pillars: 1. quantitative assessment of the current climate-relevant impact and 2. a participatory process with all affected stakeholders.
